Majority shareholder and CEO of Masiqhame Advanced Composites (Pty) Ltd, Maya has an MBA (Supply Chain Management – University of Pretoria) and a NDip (Financial Management – Damelin School of Business). Maya brings with her a wealth of corporate experience amassed over a forty year career. More recently, her business acumen has been exponentially increased with the owning and management of start up companies. Being a firm proponent in gender equality, Maya firmly believes in empowerment of women in the industry. Maya is energetic, innovative and is breaking new ground as a manufacturer and industrialist.
Masiqhame follows an inclusive PLCM approach to manage all clients projects from inception, researching solutions, manufacturing, right up to implementation and handover following best practice on the client’s behalf and design approval.
To minimise risk and ensure optimal delivery, we use experienced project managers who are trained according to the principles of the Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA), and the Project Management Institute (PMI) PMBoK
Masiqhame has employees who are skilled in the management of NEC 3, JBCC, and GCC conditions of contract.
